Air Tindi Dash 7 Plane Chains – C-GFFL

The Air Tindi Dash 7 Plane Chain – C-GFFL is an authentic piece of Northern aviation history, crafted from the retired aircraft skin of our de Havilland Canada Dash 7, in collaboration with Plane Chains.

Built in 1982 (MSN 074), C-GFFL flew for operators around the world before joining Air Tindi in 2006. Based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, she became a trusted workhorse of the North, connecting remote communities and transporting essential cargo until her retirement in 2019.

Hand-cut from original panels of C-GFFL, each Plane Chain carries the aircraft’s unique history. Variations in colour, markings, and surface detail are part of that story. No two pieces are ever the same.

This genuine aircraft tag honours Canadian aviation, Northern resilience, and Air Tindi’s legacy in the North.
